I talked with DB yesterday about doing upgrades for the computer he asked what kind and I said IE 8 but as I look at it in the bar above it says Add-on’s. I am not sure if I want that. I am checking the updates now.

Key Board has been maintaining speed of 36 with an occasional 48 and even to 54 Mbps.  Everything seems to be working just fine.  All the UBSP are also working just fine. 

I do have to say going to some of the websites are still slow.  It can be frustrating and I don’t want to say anything but I know its not my computer and they really need to do something about it.

Speed

I am very happy to report that the speed of the computer has been consistently at 36 mbps and reaching 48 Mbps.  On occasion it has been down to 24 but not really bad.  I have given up trying to figure out why.  It could be the weather or the traffic etc.

I was a little concerned when my keyboard was getting stuck. I yanked it at one point and I started getting a message about the USB Port malfunctioning.  It would have that little bell (like when you put the flash drive or add new hardware) go off and it went consistently and I was cussing it out.  I know it is my fault because of the way I have it set up.  It is not ergonomically correct.

Had a couple of updates this week

There were five window updates last week having to do with windows and various aspects.

today had java update and made my computer a little wonky but it seems to be doing okay now.

monitor was white again

It has happpened again and this time longer.  While the screen was on saver and then it went to gray and white.  ON top of that soething wrong w/mouse.  Played around with it moved it from one up port to another.  It all seemed to take too long to do what ever it is.  I hope my computer system is okay.

E gads I had that gray streaky screen again this morning its been weeks since I had that.
