I tried it once but it didn't work. I did email Don to see if I had could do the microsoft updates first or the Norton. He said to do the Norton first. Tell them my original hard drive crashed had another one put in but need the product key. The online help gave me some info and shared a page. I just couldn't get it. Don said before i did if I get anxious or what ever it can be done again. So I am giving it the night first.
Have it set up to try again...too tired to work on it..and not concentrating. I will do it first thing tomorrow.
