Windows update

Bright and early this morning Microsoft had eleven updates.  They were mostly security updates.  I probably will have to check the site itself.

Last night I asked Don for some advice and he sent me instruction about the ubport stick. 

highlights

Ghost Image done and so is Integrity check both were successful.

Found out Mom pulled out wires with foot at one point during the weekend she had to reset.

Tonight the network went down again Mom reset it.  This is getting to be a problem.  AT&T should not being doing this-we have DSL..I really wish we had another service or separate.  I am sick and tired of watching the network and the connection indicator go down so low.  I couldn't get on for nearly two hours.

been getting messages that the connection was off.  I asked Don about it he thinks its the weather and the network.  It seems fine right now...

Don came over with fresh new DVD's yesterday and gave me a tutorial on how to make the Ghost Image and integrity check.  He recommended that I do it on a night where it is continuous.  With no large hour breaks.

Mom accidentally pulled out the internet connection so it took a while for me to get online.  Once I did everything was very slow.  Very Frustrating.

Did the Ghost Image

Yesterday Don set the wheels in motion to do a ghost image.  It took about 4 hours and 4 disks.  We will do a check of it later on in the week.  While doing the integrity check it would stop during the second disk twice.  I don't know if I can continue.  i have sent an email to Don.  He says if this doesn't completely work then he can do a compression.

Ghost Image this weekend

I talked with Don today he asked me if I have the computer to where I like it and I told him yes and he offered to do the ghost image this weekend some time.  I will do a windows update for that first.
